Our programmes have made a real difference to the working lives of staff and have improved patient care and experience across all healthcare settings.

These are primarily delivered through the Health Services Management Centre (HSMC) at the University of Birmingham, which is one of the UK’s foremost centres for research and professional development in health and social care.

Other continuing professional development (CPD) modules and microcredentials, which can be taken as standalone courses or combined to build new qualifications, are offered by the College of Medical and Dental Sciences within the University of Birmingham.
