Simon joined the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital as a Non-Executive Director in February 2024, subsequently being appointed Chair, and was previously Deputy Chair at South Warwickshire University Foundation Trust. This followed a career of over 30 years, with wide ranging leadership experience in the private sector as Chair, Managing Director and Director.
He has wide-ranging leadership experience and a deep understanding of both the ROH and the broader health landscape. He brings a great depth of experience in both the NHS and the private sector, having led at senior levels of retail, manufacturing, business, and healthcare.
