Matthew was appointed Chief Executive of the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in October 2024.
He has over 30 years of experience in the health sector, specialising in NHS finance and executive leadership roles, and is currently leading the ROH through an interim period.
His career has spanned various leadership positions, including his most recent roles as Chief Executive of Dudley Integrated Health & Care Trust, Chief Operating Officer of the Integrated Care Board (ICB) and Deputy CEO of the Black Country and West Birmingham Clinical Commissioning Group.
